Matteo's workouts are always fun and tough in equal measure. Matteo (and Janet!) will lull you into a false sense of security by making you laugh, before putting you through your paces and really making you sweat! Workouts are interesting and varied, with Matteo always on hand to give you the motivation you need to push yourself so you always feel you've made the most out of any session. Whatever I'm feeling before the start of a session, I always finish a workout with Matteo feeling energised and ready for whatever the rest of the day/week throws at me!

I have been doing Matteo’s workouts for just over a year and they are so addictive! He always mixes things up so you never get bored and pushes you to the max.
